About Maxwell H. Pulliam

For more than 30 years, I've guided and defended individuals and companies that are under investigation or charged with crimes. I have also defended businesses and their principals in civil cases. Prior to my law practice, I was a tax manager at "The Big-Eight" public accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche™.

Education

• Birmingham-Southern College, B.A., Economics (1982) • University of Alabama School of Law, J.D. (1985) • University of Alabama, LL.M., Taxation (1990)

Client Consultation

I advise clients who are under government investigation in criminal or regulatory matters, as well as those in civil cases that involve commercial or business disputes. Because of my special skills, training, and experience, I concentrate on cases dealing with taxes, banking, fraud, securities, and other financial matters.

Trials

I've successfully worked in every forum available to an Alabama lawyer, including trials in the federal courts of the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama, representing clients in both civil and criminal matters.
